Mafia Wars Italy Guide

There are new features in Italy which made difference between Italy and other cities, so I try to collect some useful information with hope it can be your guide to completed it.

• Italy's Port, has the same function as Chop Shop, Weapons Depot, and The Armory, plus it also has capability to craft Animal! 

Upgrade your port until level ten, each level you have unlocked will produce advanced items, so there would be ten item to be crafted. You don't need any special parts on crafting each item, but you need Italy's money or Lira to buy them. But we can only buy 1 item per day. Once you have full upgrade on the Port, you can choose which item to buy. You could see the list of item below :

How to upgrade your Port level? Since the upgrade items are still NOT giftable now, we have some ways to get them..

1. By doing more jobs and fights (not sure with doing robberies) to get some upgrade items dropping randomly.
2. By publishing Property item help and hoping that some of your mafia will answer and send the items you need.
3. You can also use Reward Points to do the upgrade but I suggest NOT to be that extravagant with the precious one!
4. Using Free Gifts feature.. You can ask for specific item and ask your mafia to send the same one.
5. According to Haider, "Terracotta Tiles" is the most RARE upgrade item, so make sure you occasionally publishing help for this one. 

• Italy's Consumables 

There is questions out there about how many consumables we need in Italy? Just see the consumables list of Italy below to get the answer:

Cooked Books will master the required Job fully in Region 5. You will need additional Cooked Books to loot the Hidden Charges needed in Region 5.
Fewer Smart Phones and Hidden Charges will be needed if you do not complete all Paths.

Remember to keep collecting these Consumables on the Bronze level and also to collect more than it should, because we still have unlocked Regions in Italy.

• Italy's Building Cost

Since Italy have new Property or called "My Village", we have new building parts and just like Vegas Casino, the items are the same for each building and also has unique parts. Here is the list of Italy Total Building Cost:

Tips for Italy's Building

Just like the Consumables in Italy, do the Property jobs over and over on Bronze level until you have enough building parts.

• Italy's Property Glitch

One Property in Italy called Vuvuzelas.. If you help your friend with sending more fans, you will have bonus of money.. usually it's on Lira, but I have tips so you can get Baht money instead of Lira. This will help you to increase more Baht to finish Bangkok early. 

How to get that?

First, search for the feeds of the help published by your friend, like this one..

 Before you click "Goooooooal" button, make sure on your Mafia Wars game, go travel to Bangkok first. And then click it... You got Baht money instead of Lira!

Mafia Wars Italy's Update

Mafia Wars introduces Italy, a brand new destination that is full of challenges. A game containing the word mafia would not be complete without an homage to the country where it all began. Italy is in the Beta test phase and will be available to all accounts that have reached Level 5 or higher on October 23rd. There are no other requirements to gain access to Italy. The overall layout and functionality is very similar to Las Vegas but there are a few key differences.

That sentences above is wrote on the official blog of Mafia Wars. So its almost same as vegas, only different on view and of jobs. Here, I got the screnshoot from Italy's Properties :

What a beautiful city, its remind me of Empire's Game. And about the job's level also separated in 8 regions, Italy's first region would be ROMA, and the next region would be PALERMO, and of course just like usual to unlock the next region, you have to defeat the Boss.

And the achievements page also has been updated, we get more new achievements. We have to put alot of efforts to get Italy's Achievements because there are nine of them, just look by your own eyes on the screenshoot below:

Mafia Wars Italy

Zynga just announced that the next destination for Mafia Wars will be Italy, On your Travel menu tonight, you will see the next Mafia Wars location: Italy. Seems like a good pick and nicely paced on the heels of Las Vegas. According to the announcement, our first Italian destination will be Rome where we'll duke it out with bosses like a gladiator and building an Italian villa. In other words, this is definitely more than a challenge mission.

Unfortunately, this update implies that Las Vegas Districts 7 and 8 is the last major content update before Italy and the sun will soon set on Sin City for quite some time.
