Secret Missions Tutorial

Probably some of you still confused to finish your Secret Mission. So, I would like to give you some tips, I hope this way could help you solve your problem.

1. If you find the mission while you're doing jobs and the game requested you to ask for help from your mafia, SKIP this process, please.

Because the game will randomly places 4 mafias there and we didn't know what our mafia doing in that time, so no more spots left for your active mafias by the time you publish your mission.. Even if you have sent the request above, our friends will be very late on respons! So really no use on sending request for help.

2. After you close the pop up above, you still can go to your Secret Mission by clicking on Mission tab below..

Then just "ask for help" and publish it. Your mafia friends will quickly help you to fill all 4 positions and then claim your rewards.

3. Last tips, when you're helping your mafia on their mission.. If you see that another mafias are not active on helping the mission, you can contact the host of the mission and ask him to remove those non active mafia. Otherwise, your completed job is just a big waste and you will miss the chance to collect the reward.

Stamina Refill Reward

How to get free stamina refill in mafia wars? Do you play Treasure isle and Farmville as well? Not playing, oh unlucky for you, because by playing Treasure isle and Farmville you have a chance to get Stamina Refill Reward.

Achievement Bug Mafia Wars

By playing on the others Zinga's game as well until reached level six, we are able to earned the Achievement. But this time, my friends have strange situation, he got the Ace Up The Sleeve Achievement by reaching level 6 on Zinga Poker, but he never played poker. Strange, isn't it? He got that achievement after helping his friend on their Secret Mission.

Well, I hope that you could get this kind of Achievement bug as well. Just try to register the others Zinga's game as many as you can and help your friend on their secret mission more often, maybe that's the only way to get it.

Bangkok Episode 7 Mafia Wars

Bangkok Episode 7 is different with others episode, there is no "Choice Points" to pick between Yakuza or Triad. Loots item are available for everyone, there are four loots in episode 7:

Chapter 1 Episode 7

Available Loot : Royal Thai Marine: 33 attack, 49 defense (armor)

Chapter 2 Episode 7

Available Loot : Titanium Katar: 35 attack, 50 defense (weapon)

 Available Loot : Lamang Motorcycle: 49 attack, 34 defense (vehicle)

 Chapter 3 Episode 7

 Available Loot : Chain Viper: 46 attack, 33 defense (currently an armor, but will become an animal)

So from Episode 7 in Bangkok we get the new best-in-slot pieces :

Defensive Weapons Upgrade : From Zimeya Carbon Blade with 44 defense become Titanium Katar with 50 defense.

Offensive Vehicle Upgrade : From Zoloto Sports Car with 43 attack become Lamang Motorcycle with 49 attack.

Defensive Armor Upgrade: From Executive Overcoat with 45 defense become Royal Thai Marine with 49 defense.

For mastering Episode 7, the reward is the Thai Giant Centipede: Attack 133 Defense 80 (weapon; will become an animal). Enjoy !!!

Las Vegas Properties Coming Soon

It would be nice to see Las Vegas opened in Mafia Wars, but it seems we have to be patient a little bit longer. Now Mafia Wars team hard at work on getting our new city, Las Vegas, ready for everyone. As they said, "In the meantime, we thought you might enjoy a glimpse at our creative process, and how things in the game go from ideas and concepts to the amazing artwork you see in the final game. We have a top notch art team here at Mafia Wars, who strive to bring all of the designers' ideas to light."

Make us impatient to see the result of work, I wanna play Las Vegas ASAP. Here is an example of that creative process at work: this is what the "property" page for Vegas will look like. Each of the separate components of your hotel / casino complex can be upgraded individually, and look bigger and better as you upgrade them. In a future update they will show us some of the details about each individual property, but for now enjoy the finished work.

Okay, just wait and see how this gonna work. It would be harder than Bangkok, have to work hard to finished them all.

Bangkok Episode 6 Mafia Wars

Thought you’d finished with Bangkok? Think again. Return to the Far East for two all-new episodes for Bangkok, where you’ll need to fight to re-establish your hold as a major Yakuza and Triad boss. Extend your influence and consolidate your power base. It’s only a matter of time until you will be the greatest criminal in Asia, and you'll need to overthrow the Thai government to protect your criminal empire.  These episodes will only unlock after you have completed episodes 5a and 5b.

Here is the breakdown of Episode 6 of the newly released Mafia Wars Bangkok chapters!

Chapter 2 Episode 6
The Yakuza Tier

The Yakuza-only "Steal an Experimental Armor Prototype" drops the Yakuza-only Titanium Mesh Jacket (armor; 31 attack, 46 defense). This is a slight upgrade (+1 armor) over the Executive Overcoat).

 The Titanium Mesh Jacket is Yakuza-only.

The Triad Tier

The Triad-only "Extort the Consortium's Remaining Officers" drops the Triad-only Raed Armored Sedan (vehicle; 30 attack, 47 defense). I want my Pirates from farming Lloyds Spectres back! 

  The Raed Armored Sedan is Triad-only

Tips

Both tiers contain upgrades over previous tiers. I am going with Triad since the Raed Armored Sedan is a bigger upgrade (+2 defense over Lloyds Spectre) than the Titanium Mesh Jacket (+1 defense over the Executive Overcoat).

Chapter 3 Episode 6
The Yakuza Tier

The Yakuza-only "Acquire Information On A Government Supporter" job drops the Yakuza-only Ninja (armor; 47 attack, 35 defense). This is a 2 attack upgrade over the Shturmovik (45 attack).

The Ninja is Yakuza-only.

The Triad Tier

The Triad-only "Bribe a Royal Thai Army Colonel" job drops the Triad-only Nak Kha Shotgun (weapon; 47 attack, 31 defense). Nice upgrade over the Ubijca Assault Rifle / Tanto (+4 defense; both of these items have 43 attack).

 The Nak Kha Shotgun is Triad-only.

Tips

Once again, both choices contain upgrades over the previous tiers. Triad is a bigger upgrade however and I already have a good chunk of better armor pieces than the Ninja (Yakuza Assassin) from the faction store, so I am thinking the Nak Kha Shotgun is a better option.

For mastering Episode 6, the reward is the Xinthriy Executive Jet: 78 attack, 125 defense (vehicle; this will replace the Royal Thai Elephant which will become an animal).

It's possible that Episode 7 has better loot in one of these categories, but is highly unlikely. Given this split, I'm expecting we'll see the 2 best-in-slot animals in Episode 7, along with a new best-in-slot offensive vehicle and defensive weapon.
